Front yard and main entrance...

The front of the unit faces another row of condos making for a nice courtyard. It doesn't see much traffic, has mature trees and is very private. Beginning this past spring, the front was a jungle. Every weed, rock and root was pulled from the where you now see grass. The sprinkler heads were moved to be more effective. A pathway between this unit and the neighbor was made and the park bench in front was updated.

The exterior was painted in a complex-wide effort several years ago. There is also a spigot between this unit and the neighboring unit.

Upstairs bedroom (south side)...

This is the main bedroom upstairs. It has tons of closet space plus a huge cupboard to store even more stuff. The closets have adjustable shelving in them. This bedroom also has direct access to the bathroom upstairs. In the complex, there are only a handful of units with a walk-out balcony. This condo is one of them. There are multiple outlets and a phone jack in this room. Carpet and walls are neutral.
